Now that we own the space and have our permits, the building has begun.
Step 1) dig a trench to lay the plumbing:

CHECK.
Step 2) lay the plumbing pipes and connect them to the waterline.
Step 3) pourback the concrete
Step 4) build, build, build
Step 5) open, open, open.
